Food tools – berkel professional slicer

Hi all,

you probably know that Mr Van Berkel was the inventor of the slicer … the ‘old fashion’ berkel slicer!

I saw few years ago, astonished, one of them at the restaurant of the Great Court of British Museum by Sir Norman Foster, in London.

This post present our work for Berkel. As you will see is a complex dialog producing not only slicers.

As you will see, infact, at the end of the ‘product range project’ we draw the concept of the new Milan Head Quarter of the Company.
